Cancellation received 30 days prior to arrival 10% retention of the package cost 15% retention of the package cost
Cancellation received 15 days prior to arrival 25% retention of the package cost 35% retention of the package cost
Cancellation received 07 days prior to arrival 50% retention of the package cost 75% retention of the package cost
No Show / Cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival 100% retention of the package cost 100% retention of the package cost


CANCELLATION POLICY (05 STAR HOTEL)

Normal Season Peak Season
Cancellation received 45 days prior to arrival 10% retention of the package cost 30% retention of the package cost
Cancellation received between 45 – 30 days prior to arrival 30% retention of the package cost 50% retention of the package cost
Cancellation received between 30 – 15 days prior to arrival 75% retention of the package cost 75% retention of the package cost
No Show / Cancellation received 15 days prior to arrival 100% retention of the package cost 100% retention of the package cost


PAYMENT POLICY (05 STAR HOTEL)

Advance Booking Fee of 10% of the total package cost on confirmation / before 60 days
25% of the payment to be received 30 days prior to arrival
100% of the payment to be received 15 days prior to arrival
Important Note : The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 15 days before date of arrival.
